Weekly Rates
Our weekly rates are shown below for each cottage. Taxes of (13%) cleaning fee of $60.00 and a refundable security deposit of $150 are additional to posted rates. Rates effective 5/9/2019. Rates subject to change without notice. Rate quotes expire after 48 hours if not booked.
Our rental weeks run Saturday to Saturday(7 days) in season 1. ALL other seasons minimum stay is 4 days. We do not rent nightly. See daily rates page.

Minimum stay
Rental weeks run strictly on a Saturday to Saturday basis in the months of February, March, April. All other months 3 day minimum stays are accepted outside of Saturday to Saturday based on availability.
Reservations
To reserve a cottage, you must fill out a rental agreement and make a 50% deposit via PayPal by clicking on the "BuyNow" button.. If less than 30 days to arrival, full amount is due. Click on the buttons below.
