Vacation Rental scams

I just read an article which claimed that vacation rental scams are on the rise. I just wanted to inform any potential and returning guests that the only place that you should be sending or making payments to is on the SunTiki cottage website: 

www.SunTiki.net. via PayPal. No other agency has been given the authorization to except payments or reservations on our behalf. We do all our own booking and accounting for payments and deposits and you will receive a receipt from us for every payment or deposit that is made. Also do not make any payments to us until you have filled out and sent in a seasonal rental agreement which is also on our website.
